Terms of service
COIWE warrants to you, the original purchaser of a new product ("Product") or service ("Service"), that the Product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship, and the Service shall be performed as described, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty applies only if the Product or Service was purchased directly from COIWE’s official website or an authorized dealer. Refurbished Products and third-party services are not covered.
Warranty Coverage Details
How long does the coverage last?
- Products: 30 days from the purchase date (as shown on your receipt/invoice).
- Services: 30 days from the service completion date.
What does this warranty cover?

For Products: If a defect is confirmed by COIWE or an authorized service provider, COIWE will, at its discretion:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
- For Services: If the Service was not performed as described, COIWE will either re-perform the Service or provide a refund.
Replaced Products or parts become COIWE’s property. Warranty coverage ends if you sell or transfer the Product.
What is NOT covered?
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Services performed by third parties.
- Damage due to:
- Accidents, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage.
- Products sold "as-is" or without a valid proof of purchase.
How to Claim Warranty Service?

For Products:
- Online Purchase: Contact COIWE support with your order receipt and a description of the issue. Return the Product in its original packaging (or equivalent).
- Authorized Dealer Purchase: Return to the place of purchase with proof of receipt.

For Services:
- Submit a claim via COIWE’s support portal with your service receipt and details of the issue.
Product Liability Insurance Coverage
COIWE provides 30-day product liability insurance for defects that cause damage.
What does the insurance cover?
- Property damage caused by a defective Product.
- Repair costs due to Product defects.
What is NOT covered?
- Issues excluded under the Limited Warranty.
- International purchases.
- Claims without sufficient evidence.
How to File an Insurance Claim?
- Submit:
- Original receipt.
- Proof of damage (photos, repair estimates, etc.).
- Any additional requested details (e.g., usage conditions).

Burden of Proof: You must provide sufficient evidence.
- Insufficient evidence = Claim denied.
- Denied claims can be appealed twice within 30 days (new evidence required).
Where is this valid?
- Only for original purchasers in the United States.
Legal Disclaimers
- COIWE is not liable for incidental/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
- Implied warranties (e.g., merchantability) are limited to the Warranty Period.
- Some states may grant additional rights; this policy does not override them.
